D.C. Divas vs Baltimore Nighthawks

Game rebroadcast

The D.C. Divas defeated the Baltimore Nighthawks with a number of big plays. Divas DT Tessa Nelson, a grandmother of 5, scooped up a fumble in mid air and raced 78 yards for a touchdown and a 14-0 nothing lead. The Divas defense stuffed the Nighthawks on three plays inside the 10 yard line and then on 4th down DE Sharina Western created the fumble that Nelson caught and rambled to glory.

"Primetime" Vickie Lucas began the second half with a 70 yard kickoff return that put the Divas up 26-0. QB Allyson Hamlin hit WR Tara Stephenson for a 9 yard touchdown to cap the scoring. Running Backs Okiima Pickett and LaShawn Foust both added touchdowns on the ground.
