| Who was your childhood
idol? Why? |
My grandfather, he knows everything
and has all the answers and I’ve always wanted to be just like
him, still do. |
| What are your lifetime
aspirations? |
Growing up, it has always been to
be the first woman in the NFL… other than that to perfect my
talents, be an inspiration to others, and to get my oil changed regularly. |
|
Who is your biggest
supporter? |
Applications are now being accepted.
Apply at the next game, bring your outside voice, and wear #18 on
your chest! |
| What does it mean
to be a "Diva"? |
No matter how strong you are, you
only have the strength of your weakest teammate and no matter how
weak you are, you are as strong as your strongest teammate. There
is no "I" in Diva. It was just a typo. |
| How did you get
into women's tackle football? |
I always carry a football around everywhere
I go but one day, during college, I was throwing the ball around campus
when I was stopped by a security guard… it turned out that he
was the head coach of the local team. I was recruited. |
|
Which Diva game
has impacted you the most? Why? |
June 13th, 2009.. My ankle, tibia,
and fibula were all broken. It was the first time I ever had to limit
myself. I had to overcome my impatience while accepting and understanding
the severity of my injury. I had to renew my strength both physically
and mentally while life as I knew it was put on hold. |
