July 31, 2007 - Twelve D.C. Divas Honored as IWFL All-Stars - Another perfect regular season has its just rewards. The Divas, the Mid-Atlantic Division Champions of the Independent Women's Football League, led all IWFL teams in all-star selections. Eleven starters and one alternate have been named to the Eastern Conference squad.

July 16, 2007 - Xplosion Takes Out the D.C. Divas in 1st Round of Playoffs - The D.C. Divas historic run at football immortality came to an unceremonious and dispiriting end Saturday night. On the road, in front of a hostile crowd, against the defending IWFL champion Atlanta Xplosion, the Divas fought valiantly to keep their dream of back-to-back world titles alive. In the end, despite a heroic late game rally, the Divas season culminated with a hard-fought, 28-18 playoff loss.

July 9, 2007 - Title Chase: D.C. Divas Poised for 2nd Straight Championship Run - Another perfect regular season has the defending National Champion D.C. Divas (8-0) on the brink of history: back-to-back titles, in two completely different leagues. The Mid-Atlantic Division Champion Divas will begin the IWFL Playoffs this Saturday, July 14th, 2007, against the South-Atlantic Division Champion Atlanta Xplosion.

July 1, 2007 - Perfect: Divas Roll Thunder to Complete Undefeated Season - In the final game of the regular season the Divas defeated the Cape Fear Thunder, 38-3, to culminate a flawless, eight game schedule. June 24, 2007 - D.C. Divas Sustain Their Intensity with 51-0 Win - The D.C. Divas improved to 7-0 on the season with a hard fought 51-0 win on the road over the New England Intensity. They are undefeated in their first season in the International Women’s Football League (IWFL).

June 17, 2007 - Divas Sink Sharks 22-0; Continue Undefeated Season - The D.C. Divas continued their winning ways with a hard-fought 22-0 victory over the visiting New York Sharks, improving their record to 6-0. This off-off-off Broadway production began with Divas WR Tara Stephenson taking the opening kickoff 72 yards behind a chorus line of blockers to set up the first score of the evening. Rachelle Pecovsky-Bentley rammed it home from 1 yard out and RB LaShawn Foust added the two-point conversion to give the Divas a lead they would not relinquish.

June 9, 2007 - Divas Hold ‘Boston T-D Party’, Rout Rampage - It had all the makings of a classic "trap game:" a visiting underdog, sandwiched between the two most difficult opponents on the schedule. But the 2007 D.C. Divas are simply too poised and too talented to fall prey to such distraction; the over-matched Boston Rampage never had a chance. A dominant, 70-0 victory continues the Divas (5-0) undefeated season and further tightens their first-place grip on the Mid-Atlantic Division of the IWFL's Eastern Conference.

June 2, 2007 - Payback: Divas Defeat Demolition to Remain Undefeated - The most anticipated regular season game in the history of women’s professional football was well worth the wait. It took three long years, two different leagues and one inspired effort, but the D.C. Divas finally earned their revenge against the Detroit Demolition. In front of a boisterous home crowd at the Prince George’s County Sports and Learning Complex, the determined Divas twice came from behind, than withstood a furious, fourth quarter rally, en route to a dramatic, 24-22 victory.

The undefeated Divas are now in sole possession of first place in the Mid-Atlantic Division of the IWFL’s Eastern Conference.

May 7, 2007 - Big Win in the Big Apple: D.C. Divas Repel Shark Attack to Remain Undefeated - When an irresistible force meets an immovable object something has to give. The D.C. Divas had not lost a regular season game since 2003, while the New York Sharks, had never lost a non-playoff game in team history. On Saturday, May 5th, 2007 the Divas erased a two touchdown second half deficit, en route to an inspired, 20-14 win.

April 28, 2007 - Divine: D.C. Divas Debut In New League a Runaway Success - Long before the final gun sounded Saturday night the D.C. Divas had made an emphatic statement: we came to play.
