| How did you get into women’s football? |
| I discovered through a co-worker in 2000 that a league had been formed. I was just in my second semester of undergrad in Florida, however, and could not participate. I promised myself that as soon as I finished my master’s, I’d join the best team in the league. |
| What was your biggest adjustment to playing women’s football? |
| Getting hit…often! |
| If you could play any other position, which one would you choose? Why? |
| The one I’m in…defensive end! I get to be a hunter the entire game. It’s too perfect for me. |
| Why do you play women’s tackle football? |
| It’s the ultimate team sport and test of individual durability. I’ve wanted to play since I was six years old. |
