Incredibly important because you serve as a role model while being an inspiration. You must attract endorsements, reputation, branding, media coverage, public perception, and Team/league reputation. |

Team player, selfless, but relentless on the field. Hard worker, coachable, and versatile. Raw athleticism, passionate and dedicated. |
What do you look for in a coach?
|
Accountability!! Knowledge expertise, effective communication, leadership and management, player development, mentorship, adaptability and flexibility, passion, and enthusiasm. |
What is the best piece of advice you have gained from your coaches?
|
If you feel like you’re not good enough it’s probably because you’re not, you must look in the mirror and ask yourself, “did I work as hard as I could? If you hesitate to answer that it’s time to put in work. Win or lose at that point you are good enough. |
