2008 RFK Football Festival
Powerade was the proud sponsor of a football festival at RFK Stadium on Saturday, April 19, 2008. A number of D.C. Divas joined other DC-area sports stars at the festival to meet with fans and sign autographs.
In responding to a question about toughness, Washington Redskins quarterback Jason Campbell said, “You have to be a real man to take a hit.” Veteran Divas player Gayle Dilla drew applause when she added, “A real man, or a D.C. Diva!” Campbell later had his shirt autographed by several Divas players.
The Divas want to thank Powerade for hosting a tremendous festival.
