Coach Mike Bieler Bio Coach Mike Bieler earned a degree in Sports Management from George Mason University and served as a high school baseball coach for several years. Coach Bieler also had a background as a sports performance coach and worked as a trainer for several Divas players, including defensive back Alison Fischer. When Fischer was hired as the head coach of the Divas in 2012, she brought Coach Mike Bieler on as her first strength and conditioning coach, a role he filled for one season.
