Dr. Chanelle Carter Bio Dr. Chanelle Carter – aka “Dr. Foot” – has been the D.C. Divas’ team podiatrist since 2007. Dr. Carter earned her undergraduate degree from Delaware State University, where she served as a student athletic trainer while on a basketball scholarship. She then attended Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine (TUSPM), graduating at the top of her class in 2005. In 2008, Dr. Carter completed her surgical residency at MedStar Washington Hospital Center, where she was the chief resident during her final year. She has been in private practice since 2005 and became Board Certified in 2013 by the American Board of Podiatric Surgery. |
