Dr. Rochelle Nolte Bio

Dr. Rochelle Nolte was the first former Divas’ player to join the D.C. Divas medical staff. Dr. Nolte was a linebacker for the Divas in 2001 and 2002 before becoming a full-time member of the team’s medical staff for the next nine years. She earned her MD from the F. Edward Hébert School of Medicine, Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences. Dr. Nolte completed her residency at DeWitt Army Community Hospital (now Fort Belvoir Community Hospital) and had a fellowship in Sports Medicine at Walter Reed Army Medical Center.

Dr. Nolte was a physician at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, working in their Division of Geriatric Medicine and Gerontology. Her nine years on the medical staff of the D.C. Divas was the longest-tenure of any team doctor until Dr. Chanelle Carter completed her tenth season with the team in 2016.
