Who was your childhood idol? Why?
“Flo-Jo” (Florence Griffith Joyner)…she had everything a person could want. She was successful in her sport, had a husband who supported her passion and was also her coach, and had a family.
Who is your biggest supporter?
People thought I was crazy to try out for tackle football. I had to rely on my own strength.
Who is your female sports idol?
Gabrielle Reece.
What are your favorite hobbies or special interests?
Cycling, hiking, obstacle course 5K’s, cooking, and being the best parent I can be.
What is your favorite movie?
Serial Mom.
What is your favorite TV show?
The Golden Girls.
What is your favorite travel location?
So far, the Virgin Islands, but there are so many places I have yet to see.

Berries.

Rachel Huhn and Becky Worsham coached my son’s football team.
Why do you want to play women’s football?
I have always wanted to play football…I just wasn’t aware of the opportunities available. I enjoy the sport. The skill and the discipline are what attracted me to play.
What does it mean to you to be a D.C. Diva?
Becoming a D.C. Diva has filled me with pride. I worked hard to prove my skill and become part of the team. I am proud to be part of a team that constantly strives to be the best and gives back to the community that supports them.
