football? |
I have wanted to play football since I was in middle school, but I was
always told I was too small or that I couldn’t play because I was a girl. I want to play
women’s football because it breaks a social norm of what women should be doing and
proves that we can do anything we want to do. |

Diva? |
Being a D.C. Divas means that I went after my dream of playing
football, regardless of other people’s opinions. It means defying all odds. |
