Who was your childhood idol? Why?
|
| My father…he came from a very small town to earn a baseball scholarship to Notre Dame, became a United States All-Star, and got drafted by two Major League Baseball teams. I idolized him, not only for his accomplishments but also for his work ethic to get there and what he continued to show our family as a father, coach, and friend. He has been a role model for me and our whole family to this very day. |

What are your lifetime aspirations?

| Too many to list, but definitely to write a book and make a difference in the lives of others. |

How did you get into women’s football?
|
| I was asked to try out for the Connecticut Crush, and I fell in love with the sport and its challenges immediately. I am forever grateful to the Crush team and owner for keeping me involved in women’s football when my career demanded much of my time. I wouldn’t trade my experiences for the world. |
