When I played for the Passion, there was one game where I made two
downfield blocks on offense, which allowed the girl with the ball to score. I was
incredibly hyped. |

football?

| When I got kicked out of my flag football league for “hitting”. |

Why do you want to play women’s
football?
|
It’s empowering for me. I’ve overcome a lot of physical, mental, and
emotional obstacles playing this sport. |

What does it mean to you to be a D.C.
Diva?
|
I want to show girls, young and old, you can break the barrier playing
a male-dominated sport without being a certain size, weight, or age. With the right work
ethic, you can do anything you set your mind to. |
