Powerlifting or track…I was about the same age when I started both,
so I don’t know which came first. |

memory?

My first powerlifting competition in Pennsylvania…I was 12 years old
at the time. It was supposed to just be my dad competing, but he was talking to the
person running the competition about my numbers and he let me register late. I was
extremely unprepared and nervous, but I ended up winning four world records in my age
and weight division. |

How did you hear about women’s
football?

I was playing flag football a bit too rough when someone brought up
the D.C. Divas to me, so I decided to check it out. |

Why do you want to play women’s
football?
|
I enjoy team sports and I always wanted to play tackle football
growing up, but it was frowned upon for women to play. |
