Allysea Marfull Q&A
Who was your childhood idol? Why?
The women in my family, especially my grams and Momma Ghost! They never show any fear, fight through everything, and are the strongest people in the world!
Who is your biggest supporter?
Without a doubt, my parents, Mama and Papa Ghost…they are not only a big part of the Gold Club, but there’s no way I could do this thing I love without them. They have never missed a game but not just for me but my other 65 sisters. They are there when I fall (usually breaking something) to pick me up, support me, and love me unconditionally! I love you both more than all the words in all the books!
What is your most memorable Divas moment?
The D.C. Divas’ 2006 national championship. I will never forget when Rachelle Pecovsky, my running back, was named offensive MVP. She turned to her offensive line, crying and screaming, “O-LINE!” at the top of her lungs!
What does it mean to you to be a Diva?
To protect my team and organization…to love, forgive, and fight unconditionally!
